Shagriha is a real estate and rental platform that helps people search for properties, view property information, communicate with property owners or managers, submit inquiries or applications, and manage property listings.

The information we collect depends on how you use Shagriha.

Property information that forms part of a published listing may be visible to other Shagriha users and visitors.

Draft listings are intended to remain associated with the account that created them until they are published, deleted, or otherwise made available according to Shagriha's listing functionality.

3. Search and Location Information

Shagriha uses location information to provide property search and map-based features.

We may process:

• Addresses entered into search
• City, state, ZIP code, or neighborhood
• Map location
• Latitude and longitude
• Search radius
• Map boundaries
• Property locations
• Nearby places and points of interest
• Search and filter preferences

For example, if you search for properties in Denton, Texas, Shagriha may use the location you entered to return properties in Denton or other relevant properties in the surrounding area.

We may use mapping and geocoding providers such as Mapbox to convert addresses into geographic coordinates, display maps, provide address suggestions, and identify nearby points of interest.

Information processed by a mapping provider may also be subject to that provider's privacy policy.

4. Property Applications and Inquiries

When you contact a property owner or manager or submit an application or inquiry, we may collect information such as:

• Preferred move-in date
• Rental preferences

Additional information may be introduced as Shagriha develops its rental application and leasing functionality.

Shagriha may provide messaging functionality that allows tenants, homeowners, managers, or listing agents to communicate through the platform.

We do not treat private messages as public property-listing content.

If you upload photographs, documents, profile images, or other content to Shagriha, we may store:

Images associated with published property listings may be publicly accessible.

Shagriha may introduce lease management, rent payment, invoicing, and monthly renewal functionality in the future.

Shagriha does not need to directly store complete credit or debit card numbers when payment information is handled securely by the payment provider.

If you choose to connect your Google account to Shagriha, we may receive information that Google allows you to share with us, such as your name, email address, profile image, and unique Google account identifier.

Shagriha will not request broader Google account access unless it is necessary for a specific feature and clearly disclosed to you.

15. Facebook and Meta Integrations

If Shagriha offers Facebook Login or another Meta integration, information may be received from Meta according to the permissions you approve.

For ordinary Facebook Login, this may include basic account information such as your name, email address, profile image, or Facebook account identifier.

If Shagriha introduces business-page, social publishing, or other Meta functionality requiring additional permissions, those permissions and their uses will be separately disclosed when the functionality is introduced.

If you disconnect a supported social integration, Shagriha may remove stored access tokens and integration data that are no longer required, subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.

The Services are not designed for children under 13.

Users who are legally unable to enter rental or other agreements should use Shagriha only with appropriate involvement from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person.
